We will send you a confirmation email once your card has been authorized. Please review your email confirmation - all details will be assumed confirmed unless we are contacted within 24 hours.  We do not accept returns on personalized goods, so if there is a mistake, we need to be notified within 24 hours.  Please email us at fannieshopco@gmail.com with any changes or corrections.  All sale orders are final.  


We are unable to accept returns for personalized Fannie and regular sale items at this time.  Unless of course we made a mistake on your personalization. We only accept exchanges of unused and unwashed merchandise within 7 days of the order. Fannie must not be used with pins to be considered for the exchange. The exchange shipping fee will be your cost. We will waive the shipping cost after we received your order and confirmed that the merchandise has not be used or washed. All Sale purchases are final sale.  

Please email us at fannieshopco@gmail.com for exchange authorization and address. Please do not ship merchandise back prior to receiving a return authorization, we will not accept the exchange. Shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

If you have an item that you received as a gift that is NOT personalized, we are happy to issue you a gift card for credit or exchange it for another Fannie. If this is the case, please contact us at fannieshopco@gmail.com.


If you are purchasing a gift, we will ship it directly to the recipient with the gift wrapped with love. Remember, all sales are final. If the recipient would like to exchange the Fannie with a different color, we may offer the exchange if it is not personalized and if the item is unused and unwashed. Personalizing fears?  You can purchase a personalization gift card for $20 (this includes return shipping) and we can include with the gift.  The receiver can then choose what they would like their Fannie to say - We will also include a prepaid shipping envelope, and a card for them to fill out all of their info.   They can just pop the item back into the mail! 

Gift message is encouraged! Email us with your order # and message and we'll include it in the mail! 


Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days unless you choose to personalize your Fannie. Personalized items will ship within 2 weeks of your order confirmation. If the timeline changes, we will email you. We try to get your orders out as soon as possible, If there is an unexpected delay, we will notify you via email.  If you are in a rush, please email us with your Order #, and we will try our best to accommodate your request!  Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.  

Regular domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class (3-8 business days) : $5 flat-rate for all U.S. orders. Expedited U.S. orders are $10 flat-rate. If you need something faster please drop us a note and we will try and accommodate!

International Shipping

For all orders shipping outside of the US we use USPS First Class (7-21 days), or if you need it faster, USPS Priority International (7-8 Days).   The customer will be responsible for any taxes or customs duties incurred. Unfortunately, we are unable to mark merchandise as "gift" or "no commercial value". All international orders are considered final sale once shipped and are therefore ineligible for refund or exchange.
